due to the popularity of the city during the past few years, it appeared obvious to me to construct a hotel on this property.
it was to be silhouetted against other buildings and eye-catching highlight to the guggenheim museum.
to guarantee a natural source of light, the front side of the building leans towards the altitude of the sun.
the entire cladding is made of reflecting glass, leaning towards the river and sky. this makes the building look different from various angles and makes it a great eye-catcher.
the hotel's height exceeds the adjacent bridge and remains even from there extraordinarily present.
